AVID LLC is seeking a proven detail-oriented multi-tasker for a variety of administrative responsibilities in a small, fast-growing aerospace engineering company. Candidate must have strong bid and proposal experience as well as a general knowledge of government policies, GSA schedule and all types of government proposal cycles (e.g SBIRs, STTRs, BAAs, IDIQs, etc) and project administration. This individual will be highly self-motivated and capable of reporting to management on different project and responsibility levels for a multi-facility operation.
